What drives the cost of a Mongolia trip

• Group size — vehicle and crew costs are shared, so more travelers means lower cost each.
• Days — each day adds crew, vehicle and accommodation.
• Vehicle — 4x4, van or UAZ furgon.
• Route and distance — fuel and positioning days.
• Guide — a driver alone, a driver-guide, or driver + guide.
• Accommodation — basic camps, ensuite gers, homestays, camping.
• Season — July (Naadam) is the busiest and priciest.
• Activities and flights — riding, camels, festivals, domestic flights.

Your quote

When you're ready, you receive a written quote showing:

• the total price for your group,
• exactly what's included and excluded,
• the payment structure (for example, a deposit and the remaining amount, and to whom each is paid),
• who operates the trip,
• cancellation terms and key assumptions.

Nothing is booked until you've agreed to the quote in writing.

How payments work

Payment terms are stated in your quote and agreed before anything is booked. A typical structure is a deposit to confirm the arrangements, with the remainder paid according to the agreed schedule — which may be directly to the local supplier. We don't take payments through this website.

Our fee

Our fee for designing, matching and coordinating is included in the quoted total. You won't see surprise booking fees added later.
